Office of the University Registrar
The Office of the University Registrar is one of the university Directorates which has been serving clients since the establishment of Aksum University in 2007. Its main responsibilities are creating and maintaining up-to-date, confidential, and permanent records of all students, including alumni of undergraduate and graduate programs by collecting student personal information necessary for academic management purpose, keeping and controlling physical and/or electronic official academic records of students, processing and communicating student records, controlling access and disclosure of student records having proper regard to efficiency, integrity, accuracy, accessibility, privacy, and security.
The vision of the Office of the Registrar is to see Aksum University to be a university of the first choice for high-quality learning, a research environment, and a genuine sense of community.
The mission of the Office of the Registrar is to give fast, immediate, and cost-minimizing services to customers.
