Change Management and Good Governance Directorate
The office was established in 2010 by the name given to it Reform Office. The office was lead by an officer and it was under the president. The main objective of opening the office was to change the institution and make the civil servants understand what reform in its sense is. Later on, with the change of the policy, the office was enlarged to the level of a directorate called “Change Management and Good Governance Office” since 2013.
In an institution where there are above 500 civil servants, the opening of this kind of office enables all stake holders sense what change and good governance is to mean, and to develop the office in managing change and secure good governance. The opening of the office also witnessed that new working systems, new working culture, reform to make changes timely and to form new change tools and good governance system are also taken into account.
